We specialize on DTF and UVDTF transfers to better serve your needs and have a fast turn around time. NO distractions, NO delays.

We do not create nor print sublimated designs and this company does not print directly to garment.

*DTF transfers prints onto fabric or other substrates using a heat-press mechanism. DTF transfers are more durable, wash well, and are flexible. You must own a heat press to apply.

*UVDTF transfers can be mainly used for the transfer of hard materials, such as glass, wood, metal, plastic, etc. Not to be used on clothing or cloth materials. You DO NOT need a heat press to apply.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS

When you order from DRAGON BACK DESIGNS, you are declaring that you have the copyrights over the artwork you are submitting to be printed.

We are not responsible for any copyright issues!

CMYK or RGB COLORS

We are not responsible for shades of colors. You must check your colors. Whether you decide to save your designs in CMYK or RGB, is totally up to your discretion. We print the custom DTF transfer based on the exact file we receive. BECAUSE EACH RESOLUTION IS DIFFERENT BETWEEN DEVICES, there is no one screen that may be accurate.

DROP SHADOWS AND OPACITY ISSUES

Opacity effects and drop shadows do not work for DTF transfers. Please remove any of these prior to submitting your transfer order. Fluorescents or Glow effects: Not available.

SMALL ITEMS & DETAILS IN YOUR DESIGNS

Thin, tiny details and words will not transfer well as it will not get a good white under base.

Be sure to thicken any of these areas prior to submitting your file.

ARTWORK & RESOLUTION REQUIREMENTS

This is for the direct to film heat transfer print only. Your artwork must be ready for print.

If your file is too large to upload, please email us the files, Dragon Back Designs will need to make the necessary adjustments.

Your artwork should be a high resolution 300 dpi (this is very important for your design to be high quality), saved as a PNG, and with a 100% transparent background. Anything that appears in your image/screen (including white backgrounds) will print.

ANY FILE THAT WE NEED TO REMOVE THE BACKGROUND,

A $5.00 FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR FINAL COST.

The maximum width is 22 inches x length based on your gang sheet selection.

If you are between sizes, please size up to the next available length. If you are ordering a large sheet, all the SAME images, you DO NOT need to send us a 300” file! Instead, make a smaller sheet (22x60 and state you need 6 copies) which will prevent you from having to load a large file. Be sure to select the correct gang sheet.

IF THE ARTWORK DOES NOT MEET REQUIREMENTS, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED AND REFUNDED

Orders can be placed via email dragonbackdesigns@gmail.com or images can be dropped via google drive.

Your file will be set-up so you can have full access to it and add to it as needed.

In order to control the volume and turnaround time:

PRINT DAYS: On demand. Monday - Friday.

SHIP DAYS: Daily, Monday - Friday, excluding Weekends and Holidays.

On site pick up available, please notify us, dog on property.

Subject to change when volume increases.
